With a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, over 20 years of experience as a clinical Pilates instructor and Soft Tissue Therapist in High Performance & Olympic Sport, along with a Cert IV in Training and Assessing, she combines her skills and expertise to educate and inspire fitness professionals. Her focus is on helping them better understand and support an incredibly important demographic—women in the menopause years.

Mairi believes the health and fitness industry can significantly improve how it serves women during menopause through appropriate education, collaboration, wisdom, and empathy.
